Then, to make everything even more intriguing, we add real spirits, often sourced from craft distillers or top shelf brands to bring you the most indulgent scoop.

Special Notes: Our whiskey of choice is Demon Seed Whiskey, a stunning spirit from Boston Harbor Distillery. Made with a blend of spices like warm maple and ginger they turn up the heat with the addition of scorpion pepper. The result is a warm bite followed by a surprise kick of heat! Perfect for those who love a spicy margarita in the summer--this is your autumnal dream dessert. For our pie, we use the always fabulous, and handcrafted apple pie from Petsi Pies in Somerville, MA. A staple in the Boston area, this shop churns out an apple pie so perfect, we knew we had to get as much of it as possible into each pint.

Our Story

Creme de Liqueur was founded by two friends who love a celebration. Elizabeth and Nisreen both grew up with families who made the simple pleasures even more indulgent. Whether it was sophisticated soirees that ended with laughter, love, and scoops of lemon sorbet splashed with vodka or the comforting sundae ritual of Rocky Road ice cream topped with scotch, both ladies got to enjoy moments with family extended by the sweet blend of spirits and ice cream. We created Creme de Liqueur to bring that nostalgia back in a pint! Sophisticated flavors, real alcohol blended to perfection, and a chance to craft new memories all year long.

Is this product really 21+?

Technically, we are a liquor-infused frozen custard with up to 2% Alcohol by Volume. What does that mean for you? We are technically lighter than a light beer per serving. We emphasize sophisticated flavors, balanced pairings, and a creamy delicious boozy frozen custard in every bite. (And if you’re looking for a little extra, may we suggest pouring an extra shot on top? Classy and delicious).

What is frozen custard?

Frozen custard is a bit like ice cream, but in our opinion, much better! The biggest difference is that frozen custard has to be made with a certain amount of egg yolk whereas ice cream does not. Some ice cream may have egg in it, but that does not necessarily mean it is a frozen custard. We are proud to have a high butterfat, rich and creamy, frozen custard made even more delicious with a touch of distilled spirits.

Is this gluten-free or nut-free?

Our liquor-infused frozen custard is made in a facility that processes, wheat, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts & soy. We do our best to avoid cross-contamination but can not guarantee gluten-free or nut free. Please refer to our full ingredient list for questions around allergens.

Where do you ship?

At this time we only ship to Massachusetts.

We are small but mighty! As we continue to grow, we have distribution available in certain areas and hope to bring our adults-only frozen custard to you soon.
