Shop Liquor-Infused Frozen Custard

In two shared commercial kitchens hundreds of miles away from each other, Nisreen and Elizabeth begin making our first batches of Crème de Liqueur! We sold our first pint at the Cathedral Square Farmers Market in Milwaukee, WI in July 2021 and then quickly started at the Hingham Farmers Market in Hingham, MA in October 2021.

From there, we spent our first year getting to know our customers face-to-face at markets, and selling out almost every weekend. We also secured our first wholesale accounts, a QSR restaurant in Boston, MA and our very first retailer in Milwaukee, WI. 

We made our way into even more farmers markets, events, and began really growing our retail presence to a combined 25 stores across Massachusetts and Wisconsin! We also begin experimenting with more flavors and connecting with local brands as often as possible to make them! Some of the new flavors we crafted include Espresso Martini made with Taza Chocolate (Somerville, MA), a refreshing Margarita Sorbet, and one of our favorites Blueberry Gin Smash made with Short Path Distillery spirits (Everett, MA)

We continued to grow our retail store presence, with a large focus on independent and specialty shops. We finally grow to over 40+ locations in Massachusetts and Wisconsin and secure our first out of state account in New Hampshire. We also begin to explore more restaurant and foodservice customers expanding into historical restaurant locations like The Oriental Theatre (Milwaukee Wisconsin) and The Boston Public Library. In the Fall we also start with our first co-packer which allowed us to scale up our production and support our retail growth with our first local distributor in the New England area.

With the help of our distributor we grew our New England retail presence to 45+ stores and get into our first regional chain in Wisconsin, Sendik's! We are now sold at over 75+ stores regionally and are looking forward to continue expansion. We also begin using our catering carts to bring the celebrations to you! Weddings, corporate happy hours, and more become more integrated into our ice cream world.
